California State Passed a resolution this past Month in support of UAFA. I am wondering - if Arizona can get away with State Law treading on the toes of the Immigration and Naturalization Act, why can't California do the same, but in reverse, make a law protecting same sex couples from being deported by providing State Sanctuary?

@Rich Hi Rich, great that you are keeping track. This site has no staff - all content including the whips are maintained by the users themselves, so when you see things that need to change it is very very easy to login and edit their positions. The more folks keep track of their legislators, and call them and ask about their positions, then report back here...then they get the idea that they are accountable to their electorate...and that is how we all get equality and better government. And when you need help calling attention to a particular bill or a particular legislator, you can post an action on the actions pages.
