How the Public Whip Count Works
YOU ARE EMPOWERED
Register with ActOnPrinciples. Tell your Members of Congress our stories and ask them their position on LGBT legislation. Log in and record their position and their reasons on our Public Whip Count pages.
The Public Whip Count is based on the wiki-concept that allows any user, like you, to research, report and modify information. This means that registered users of our website can easily and quickly learn who is for or against multiple pieces of legislation based on prior shared information, can directly contact legislators, and then can directly update the public whip count for others to see. This cycle will repeat as we get closer and closer to understanding the actual collective position of Congress.
