INDEPENDENCE DAY Community Conference Call: AN HOUR OF ACTIVISM for CIVIL RIGHTS. July 4, 2010. Noon EST.In Commemoration of Independence Day, July 4th, ACTIVISTS & PATRIOTS are invited to join voices to demand the inclusion of LGBT people in America’s Civil Rights Laws. We gather in the Spirit of the Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. … .” Declaration of Independence, adopted by the Continental Congress, July 4th, 1776. Today, Our Independence is sought, not from the US Government, but from the constricts of a liberation movement too long controlled by organizations. Our independence is sought, not from those people and groups, but from the dictates and limitations of their vision and plan. So on SUNDAY, JULY 4th, 2010, ALL FELLOW ACTIVISTS & PATRIOTS are invited to help secure with deliberate speed, the equal inclusion of “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” in the 1964 Civil Rights Act via The American Equality Bill – One Bill for Equal LGBT Civil Rights Now. Last night I could not sleep because of the heat wave we are having at the moment so I listened instead to the radio (world service at the BBC) and I heard Barack Obama talking about the policy for foreigners in the USA that its not fit for purpose, apparently.
In the light that in 2 days time you are (not me, because I am a foreigner in this country where I live, Great Britain or UK if you want) the 4th of July that is Independence day and in it is celebrated that all men are created equal, so where do we have foreigners policies for entering on any one or another particular country?
Is Barack Obama doing something inappropriate with that speech 2 days before that celebration?

This is very exciting that this conversation is happening. I’m very excited to see where we are going from here!!!
